What Organizers Usually Ask
Plan the music, participation and production around your group.
Can you entertain a mixed-age audience?
Yes. Music, volume and hosting are shaped around the guests, your organization’s standards and the atmosphere you want. Clean-music requirements and song preferences are discussed before the event.
Does DJ and MC service mean two people?
Your event is assigned one professional DJ who also serves as your MC. Additional staffing is included only when it is specified in your written proposal.
Can guests participate without dancing?
Yes. Karaoke, Hosted Trivia and Music Video Bingo offer other ways to join in. They can be selected as the main program or quoted as additions to an eligible DJ package. Participation is optional.
How long is the show, and what does it cost?
Standard shows are three hours, with start and end times confirmed before booking. Visit Pricing & Packages for current rates. Your written quote identifies the selected entertainment, equipment and any additions.
Can you support an outdoor community event?
Yes, when the venue has suitable power, protected equipment space and practical setup access. We review the audience area, sound needs and weather plan with the organizer before confirming the event.
What should we send when requesting a quote?
Send your date, venue and city, guest count, age range, preferred show times and entertainment choices. Include any announcements, recognition moments or presentation needs that should be part of the program.
