an easy load-in is not the same production as an outdoor festival, a multi-room corporate program or
a themed event with décor and participation stations.

No. They are public starting points. The final written quote depends on the event scope, venue, duration, staffing, equipment and production requirements.
Can a package be customized?
Yes. Packages are designed as practical starting points. Services can be added, removed or reorganized so the final plan fits the audience, schedule and venue.
Is pricing negotiable?
Yes. Pricing is negotiable and customizable. The goal is to define the work clearly and build a package that matches the event rather than automatically selling the largest option.
Are rented projectors, screens and large displays included automatically?
No. Rental-dependent equipment is included only when it appears in the written proposal. The quote accounts for rental cost, transportation, pickup and return time, setup, teardown and equipment responsibility.
